I really hope you get yours soon. I placed my order on 11/15 and just received mine today. I'm also in NJ. I'm a prime member, so I'm not sure if that makes a difference. I would call them or have someone in the US call them for you. I've dealt with Amazon's CS via Chat (and also got the how to on tracking) Calling is so much better and helpful!
