Are there publishers that seriously OCR? Don't they already have all their modern or reissued works already digitally rendered somehow in PDF or Latex and just need to mark it up into EPUB or convert it with a script?

I bet there are some publishers that ripped off Project Gutenberg intro text and charge for it, lol...
