I know the solution... Keep the Amazon away from library eBooks. It seems that every time Amazon is involved in something new (new to the Kindle) to do with eBooks, we end up paying for it somehow in a not good way.

Agency model & library book debacle with Penguin are two things that are not good for eBooks and Amazon is smack bang in the middle it all of this.
