It was their mistake not mine!  The bottom of the skin was cut at a wrong angle making the buttons on the right side of the kindle not fit correctly.
I paid through Amazon payments do you think I can email them and see if they can do something?

Yes - contact Amazon - they will mediate your dispute - and can refund your purchase price regardless of what decagirl says or wants! Just tell Amazon you're NOT a happy Amazon customer!
