4Foot; All I meant in the Limited Functionality is that the PlayBook uses a new, Blackberry supplied Operating System, and that it's the old catch-22.
Vendors will not create applications for a new O/S until there is demand, and people tend not to buy until there are applications.
Blackberry touted compatibility with Android, but it seems to have some limitations.
