That's interesting AnemicOak, the question is, why on earth is an ebook more costly for the library?!

As for the OP, I've been a library regular for years (borrowing physical books), and on the occasions when I've wanted to borrow a popular book, I've always had to accept that I have to reserve it and wait my turn. So therefore I've mainly used the library for available books, while new & popular books I'm desperate to read I buy.

Ebooks are only going to make that even more of an issue as there is still a limit to the available ebooks, only far more people wanting to borrow it because they don't even need to leave their house to do so.
