For those of you guys who bought a gift card, how long did it take to receive it (the actual one, not the $10 bonus)? I ordered an eGift Card last night (November 20, 2011) and of all things I didn't expect to see in the order status, it's this:

Right now, I'm waiting to receive the gift card before buying ebooks. The card issuer frequently puts a hold on my credit card when they see a bunch of small charges (mostly apps and ebooks) so I've taken to using gift cards instead.
