If that is the creator's intent (to give property away as an advertising vehicle), the loss is granted (with the hope that more money will be made later). Obviously you would consider that an acceptable or intended loss.

I disagree that control is "unenforceable." I believe a reasonably reliable security and enforcement system can be created and implemented across the board, with today's technology.

And I contend that, if we don't do that, all of this discussion is pointless.
