I can't make it work either. I actually found a copy of the adbd.html file on mynook.ru and hosted it myself to give it a go. But the big problem is that the directions for these processes are less than clear. While I've figured out how to use Android SDK and all of that stuff in a functional manner, I don't know enough about them to know when I've done something wrong. I don't have the background the people who write these things do.
And it sucks that with the Nook Tablet and the Simple Touch Reader out that they (nookdevs AND B&N) have abandoned the reader. That's a shame because even though it's a great reader with some simple software it could be really, really amazing.
