They do work well in nomal condtion. But , seams that manufacturing was rushed, and some button are indead problematic.

I can confirm there problems, as much as I hate to say it
I'm hoping it"s some software thing, not hardware.. And that bookeen can fix that fast. I'm also confidant bookeen will fix that as fast as humanly possible.
For the rest, the software is pretty stable.

Maybe that someone didn't used folder view, it's not the defaut option.
