Having over-the-air access to the library is one of the cool bonus features of the Vox over the Touch. The Overdrive app provides a credible reading experience although I do miss the "fine-tuning" I get with library epubs read using the Touch.

Kindle, Overdrive and Kobo android apps all handle page turning a little differently. With Overdrive, I have to swipe from the middle of the page left (I use my left thumb); my right hand is busy cradling the unit itself. Since a right hand side tap also triggers a page turn, that's where you need to adjust how you are holding.

Some folks have a tough time adjusting to touch screens in general. I think it's just a motor skill you train yourself automatically over a few days of use. I find all three apps respond a little differently to swipes, taps and where to swipe and tap.

But it's all good. I've been flipping back and forth between three books recently, one on Kindle, one on Kobo and one on Overdrive ... and all on the Kobo Vox. (Which reminds me: Kobo Vox would benefit from a sepia option; definitely easier on the eyes.)
