I know we are encouraged to discuss opinions and not persons but, nevertheless, let me defend Jon. He definitely is not a troll. He knows a lot about ebook readers and ebook making and especially in the "E-Book Formats" section he gives a lot of useful help. And even in his many many posts that evoke negative reactions he more often than not has a point.
Eowyn, think back some time ago when you had a problem in the Calibre subforum. You received a lot of personal harsh comments (being called a troll was not the worst) and very little real discussion about your arguments. And contrary to this, we
here in the Bookeen section know you not as troll but as a
very helpful and knowing person and are glad to have you around.
It's not always that easy and not always that black and white.
