Hi; I'm reading a very long book borrowed from the public library. It's taken more than 3 weeks to get through it, so I've borrowed it more than once.

But I notice that all of my notes and highlights are gone when I add the new epub to my device. This is obviously an annoyance.. Am I supposed to transcribe all my notes and highlights by hand before the book expires or something? Is there not a better way to retain my notes and highlights for the next time I take the book out?!
