The license allows for using the extraction portion freely but I think you're not allowed to make a program that creates RAR archives. 7z support sure would be nice since it's a lot more efficient at compressing a bunch of text files. Darned slow, though. It's the one app I regularly use which makes full use of my quad-core i7 CPU.
