@baggy: give it some time. I think there will be software fixes for at least some of your problems (#'s 1, 3, 4, 6, and 7) and a case might solve problem #2. The more time I spend with it, the more I like it and I haven't picked up my iPad in three days. I'm not quite ready to commit to buying a nice case for it, but I'm pretty close at this point, and I think by next week I will be.
