I don't like where it is either. The top would of made more sense.
I check the Swift Key X it's got a x by it on the app store. I think this means it not gonna work.
They've remove the standard settings. I was trying to get a Svox TTS to work and it wouldn't. It went crazy so there are some things we are stuck with. It does have Pico TTS though in certain apps.
