Flightcrew (part of Sigil) will validate the document.
A valid document can still be butt ugly, contain spelling errors, mis-matched quotes...
The Quality check (EPUB section) already checks for a whole list of things. Some are 'quality' issues like cover size, missing jacket. Others are more Validation and kruft cleanup.
My books look different from some others. That makes the different, not wrong. Kiwidude outlined some common errors that would be
wrong in any book.
