I have a cookbook 112 pages in both InDesign and PDF formats and want to convert to an eBook and then sell it on tablets like Kindle Fire and iPAD2.
I am good at Photoshop, WORD etc. but a total novice at conversions and posting for sale.
Any place to find which s/w to sue and how top post for sale.
