Try one of these filter insert thingies, astra. I'm quite impressed, and it won't be any more work than a tea bag, with a lot better result.
I have been steeping different teas for lunch but I never enjoyed it. Till I get to the canteen, then have a lunch, the tea is tepid, I don't feel any flavour. It was only the "idea" that I was drinking the proper tea, but no actual benefit.
Who did I fool? Only myself. Doing it only for the sake of doing it was foolish.
I steep loose teas in a strainer when I am in the office.
