It *should* be inside the app bundle. Inside my "/Applications/Reader.app/Contents/Frameworks" directory I see a bunch of frameworks dated 15 November - I did update Reader on that day, so that makes sense.
I do however only have the QtGui framework in that directory from 24 September, which is probably from my original install of Reader of a week or so back. (
not 24 September!)
But QtWebKit.framework is there and dated 15 November for me.
I'm not sure what has happened. There are some tools you can use to manually extract files from an Apple installer package, but I would start first by removing Reader and reinstalling it.
