Hello there,

My sister got a Kobo eReader wi-fi last month and she's having trouble using it. Somehow, no matter how many PDFs she loads on the SD or the internal memory, the reader will act as if only some of the files are there.

She is able to see the files through Windows, when she plugs it via USB. I thought that maybe some of the files could be corrupted; but then, if she deletes one of them, next time the device will start showing other files randomly.

Any ideas on what can be happening?
