I'd have to say ... no on selling the DVD copy would mean selling all copies. As Katie1 pointed out, often once you access the digital copy, the game's over. They often need a license key, serial number, you have to register for it, etc., whether or not they charge you extra for it. I hope the practice she mentioned isn't common, because that's very deceptive on the packaging. I guess it's like all those "free 30 downloads from eMusic!" stickers you see on products, which translates to, "download them for free, but after the free trial, you need to sign up and pay up to continue listening."
