Puzzling...found a bunch of good reviews for it at Upton Tea, but not much on a manufacturer. The name "The English Tea Company" links back to Brooke Bond, which is a company name now owned by Unilever (if the internet is telling the truth
) - but could find nothing on who actually makes this.
