Cuppa #2

Yorkshire Gold Tea

I think I have figured out the right recipe for this tea.
1tsp - level, literally level, pour water about 3/4 - 4/5 of the cup's capacity, 5min.

In my tea brewing games I have noticed something interesting. I could be wrong and it is just a figment of my imagination Anyway. Apparently, it is not a good idea to fill up a standard cup to its rim. 4/5max, 3/4 is even better. I suspect it has something to do with interaction with air and rapid cooling down, while steeping. It doesn't affect my double walled glass at home. First if all there is a minimal loss of heat on its side. Secondly, a strainer with its top cover completely cover the glass.
