Well I though I would go through my Kobo receipts and see how much I have saved using the discount codes... So far I have saved $66.73
That's about another 7 books I was able to buy.
So far I have bought 106 books with an average price of $7 (includes tax) Buying all those books in paperback would have cost about $1060.00. ePubs from Kobo cost me $742.00 - $66.73 for a total of $675.27 a $384.73 savings over paperback.
Now mind you I didn't use a discount code on every book purchased as a good deal of my books were purchased before I found out about this thread so I could have saved a lot more. Now why the heck would I buy so many books and spend so much money... I've been replacing my Star Wars paperback collection with ePubs and I am hoping to sell off the paperbacks and recoup some of the money spent on them.
Thank you Kobo for the decent epub pricing (excluding the fixed prices set by the publishers) and please keep the discount codes coming
