You might try audible.com which specializes in audiobooks (and is part of Amazon). In the keyword search field type 'full cast' or 'dramatized' which should return a list of about 600 available titles. (Most of these titles should also be available through Amazon directly, I'm not sure which has the better price, if you are only looking for one or two books.)

The things that come to mind that I have listened to with a full cast and sound effects are:
1) Many of the Star Wars books
2) The Rogue Angel series
3) The first two books of the Bill Baldwin's Helmsman series

Frequently, the sound effects are overdone and drown out the dialogue. And after awhile in the Star Wars books, for example, the lightsabres, blasters, and music become repetitive and frankly annoying. Personally, I prefer a book with a good narrator who can do multiple distinct voices and not all this extra stuff.

What genre are you interested in? Perhaps I or others can come up with some more specific suggestions.
