You're quite right, Peter! We stumbled across what I'm fairly sure is a set for Beorn's house.

The earlier use of Paradise was for Orthanc, which was CGId into a scene that has few buildings of any sort,let alone a huge tower. And part of the Lothlorien scenes were filmed in nearby beech forest.
