Yep, the Coby went back. I've got a thing for 8" tablets so I ordered a Archos Arnova 8 G2 which is due here the 17th. That is why I hope Mantano updates the way they handle two pages.
Anyway, I'm glad that Mantano will work out for you. Put you in the cat-bird seat. Kindle app for the mobi and Mantano for the epubs. Since the Kindle app appears to much improved, if I were to have a Fire I could quit disinfecting book files! Then I could settle down and spend my time reading instead of fiddling with tablets and ereader apps.

Oh! the Archos Arnova 8 G2 looks really nice! Congrats! Let me know when you get what you think of it. Mantano needs to add the two page mode and they need to add the free version to the app store. I read in portrait mode so it works fine for me.
I think the Fire is more of a media device then a tablet. I'm sure we will know soon how well 3rd party apps work on it.

I'm just excited they are not blocked.
