Yes. Shit in, shit out.

After 20 years living in Germany and experiencing Lidl, Aldi, Penny and the rest, as a consumer but also as a business consultant, I have very strong negative things to say. But, to keep it short, basically, no farmer nor food producer can make a living producing healthy and tasty products while distributing through these POS, hence the products will be either tasty or healthy (seldom healthy, more often tasty but have a look at the ingredients ), never both, and I hate the way those distributors deal with their business partners or employees. Cherry on the cake, I think it's rich, to say the least, to hear regular Aldi or Lidl customers complain about how the economical situation is so bad, or the employment level so low, while happily contributing themselves to worsen it all.
Eat less, but be choosy about what you eat and where you buy it, because it all has consequences.
Nuff said, or you will think I only know how to rant......
