The put the word "closed" as the description of my order, rather than "cancelled". It actually doesn't say "cancelled" anywhere, but if you click on 'view', you see 3 tabs, and one of them for me says refund. There is a record of the refund there, and that has its own number. So I suppose my original order wasn't actually "cancelled" per se, but a refund is coming.
