May I make a suggestion? Next year, write your outline in October so you can dedicate the whole month to writing? I tried outlining last November and ended up not writing anything, so this year I did everything in October and got a nice fat notes pack together. That doesn't mean I haven't had to add stuff to it like the floor plan of the witch's cottage, but it helped.
