I have an html book that I'm converting to both epub and mobi. I converted it without changing an option and it generated a perfect TOC in mobi. I then converted it to epub- no TOC.

So I tried converting the mobi to epub. This time there's a TOC, but limited to 50 entries. No trouble, I'll just bump up the default number from 50 in the 'Convert Books' 'Table of Contents' 'Number of links to add to Table of Contents' section to the correct number. Nope, still 50.

Any ideas? It doesn't have to be pretty. I just want the same TOC I've now got in mobi in epub.
