My point was you will be able to use non Amazon apps on the Fire. Side loading hasn't been confirmed yet but many non Amazon apps have. I wont be using it for movies either but you said in a prior post

Seems to me You can Only Play Movies from Amazon & read eBooks on it from Amazon. & Only allowed to surf web sites ONLY Amazon approved!

not to be true by the thread I pointed to in my other post. We will be able to do non Amazon things on the Fire.
