Well, hardly. Canada is a
very big place. London and Paris are closer than Calgary and the Sunshine Coast. And in travel time, probably more like Edinburgh and Nice. But yes, certainly, in the same half of Canada.
With weather at least as different as Edinburgh and Nice! (We don't believe in snow here on the Coast. Even while we're shoveling it, which does happen sometimes.)
