I wouldn't say I've ever bought a book based entirely on the cover art. Although the cover is what catches my interest first, then I read the back cover to see what it's about.

If it's when I'm out and about I then take a picture of the book on my phone so that I can research reviews on it when I get home. That probably sounds really anal and weird. But my friend is now doing the same.Plus I do it because my memory is shocking. Hahaha.

I haven't read One Day, despite my friends raving about it and trying to get me to read it, mainly because I found the cover very unappealing, and then because it's not a genre that interests me.

I'm also not a fan of covers where the cover is plain writing. Doesn't grab me at all. Imagination catches my eye every time.
