I'm not quite sure what you mean - all the radio button contents are disabled?
It is a limitation of QT that it has no ability to "disable" a GroupBox which is the headings I think you refer to?
One thing I could do is make those Title/Author group box sections invisible when you select ISBN or Binary. It makes the content jump around a bit but if people see that as less confusing then it is an easy change.
