kindle wireless charges

Hi,

I just ordered a Kindle 4, and I was wondering about some of the charges Amazon (used to?) applies.
When transferring personal documents to your kindle via the e-mail, you had to pay xx $/MB. --> Do you still have to pay if you do this via wifi?
When downloading a book when one is not in the US (like on vacation), you had to pay extra delivery charges--> do you still have to pay those via wifi?

I couldn't find my answer, the pages on Amazon.com all say "if you transfer via 3G", but I didn't find anything about wifi.
