Djvu is an image based format, there is no way to convert it to ePub automatically. If you're desperate and willing to put some serious effort into it you could probably convert djvu to jpg/tiff files (google for utils), and then pass those files over to OCR software like ABBYY finereader. Calibre can then convert the html created by the OCR software to ePub.
