Sony PRS-T1 and ADE

My husband has a Sony Touch and has just tried to use ADE with it. However, it seems that ADE doesn't include this reader in the Digital Editions Supported Devices it lists, so that he can't use it in order to purchase a book from Kobo.

Does anyone familiar with ADE know if there is a way round this problem, or is it just a case of waiting until ADE gets round to including the Sony Touch?

As we are both comparatively new to ereaders, any advice from more experienced users of ADE and Sony readers would be much appreciated.
