But you can buy a K4 KSO with your Amazon account and have it shipped to a US address without any problem and than someone can ship them to you. Than you can also register it and in MYK section you can point out "US" as the Kindle's country, so you can have access to much more free books.
The KSOs are shipped only to a US address though. Or sold in US stores.
