I don't remember seeing it. I have seen technical specs comparing the iLiad's screen with the vizplex. The vizplex is basically slightly brighter (aka more reflective) and has a faster refresh rate, but the iLiad's screen has a slightly better contrast.
I don't really think of the iLiad's screen as being the same as the other first generation eInk screens. It's kind of a hybrid between the first generation and their own custom development. There's more of a difference between a vizplex and first generation screen than there is between a vizplex and the current iLiad screen.
