Flash works "ok", no great on my Samsung Galaxy SII and I know is not my cellphone, but Flash itself.

However, I'm not a Apple fan-boy. I do not care if Steve Jobs was a Flash fan or not, but the thing is that I know of couple of websites that still require or were designed on top of Adobe Flash.

Now, do I notice the lack of Flash support on my iPad2? Not much. Most bank websites have apps already, so I don't need to use the regular website. CBS moved or will be moving to HTML5 as well, if I'm not mistaken.

In a nutshell: whatever is better for the user, for us, very welcome!
