Well, she was just 17,
You know what I mean,
And the way she looked was way beyond compare.
So how could I dance with another (ooh)
When I saw her standin' there.

Well she looked at me, and I, I could see
That before too long I'd fall in love with her.
She wouldn't dance with another (whooh)
When I saw her standin' there.

Good morning, everyone! Happy Thursday, and Happy Anniversary to me! It was November 10th, 48 years ago that I asked my first real girlfriend to go steady with me! I was 16, she was 15, and we were in love... Stayed together for almost 3 years, though high school and a year of college. Then she dumped me for a cashier from K-Mart. Oh well...

In fond memory, I salute you, Laura, with a mug of East India Company's "Assam" tea! I hope your life was as joyous and fruitful as can be! (Can I please have my Varsity sweater back?)

Wonderful news! I wish you and your husband and your new baby all the happiness in the world!

You should be. I know I couldn't do it correctly...

On the other hand, women have been doing it right for a long, long time. With lots of good prenatal care, keeping up your exercises, and watching your diet, you will do just fine!

Do you plan a natural childbirth? An 'at home' delivery? Stopping your work in the fields, stepping off to the side to deliver, then going back to hoe more beans?

Also hoping for no morning sickness.
That's why God invented Ginger tea! Say... I wonder... If you drink a lot of rooibos tea, I wonder if the baby will be born with red hair? I was born with a full head of flaming red hair (no one in the family had red hair!) that grew into my normal brown hair within a few months. These days I can only just remember brown hair. Actually, these days I can only just remember hair...
