Sure, but I can load up an SD card and not have to worry about downloading with the device.

Nook Tablet has Netflix and Hulu+ so video is a VERY big strong point for it. But as for me, I travel weekly for work so I would get most of my use out of it on the road, etc.

But to be honest with you? I would prefer a 9 or 10 inches Kindle Fire. For a tablet which supposes to run movies or let you read full color magazines, I believe a bigger screen is a must, at least in my opinion. For that reason, I am planning to avoid the Kindle Fire altogether (for now). On the fence for a Kindle 3G touch though, need to feel it in my hands before getting rid of my beloved Kindle 3G keyboard.

I'm not planning on getting the Nook Tablet either, not for now anyway. But in the end, they are both very nice devices, I prefer the Nook Tablet myself.
