JLorenz - I purchased volume 2 today, even though I'm only about halfway through volume 1. There is certainly a LOT of information in volume 1, and I'm assuming the whole series will be equally informative.

One thing for sure: the book is all meat, with no filler. Your father obviously did a tremendous amount of research. Looking forward to the remaining volumes.
