well that feature may use some space, but it's still a shitty thing to do to customers, imo. advertise 16GB of space and then reserve virtually all of the usable space for B&N content.. i didn't like it on the regular Nook and I like it even less for a multimedia device when B&N doesn't offer much in the way of videos.
