as Ben explained, it wouldn't be "port to T1", it would be "write from scratch" thing. Current PRS+ developers are interested in it, but it's not yet clear what and how will be done. Besides, for starters, we have to buy T1s. 
There is still plenty of work for older models, most notably, Dictionary & File manager. |
