-13C. -21C with the wind chill. Today it almost felt cold on the face. I did see someone hop on the bus with no hat, no gloves and wearing a cotton bunny hug. I wonder what possesses people to do that. Hmmm...I think I want to feel cold and shiver even after I've been indoors for twenty minutes.
