According to this, the Kindle US market share back in February was 67 percent. As a Philadelphia transit rider, it seems to me that Amazon has a majority of the eInk market.

I notice that, on this board, there are more Sony posts than Kindle. This could reflect Sony owners spending more hours with their device than other brands. It also may reflect Kindle being dominant in only one country (the US).

I wonder what the mobileread stats would be if you just took the past year. Has anyone done a more or less careful study of the Mobileread stats?
