Multilevel TOC is flattened now, like this:
-first level entry 1
--second level entry 1
---third level entry 1
--second level entry 2
-first level entry 2
looks like:
-first level entry 1
-second level entry 1
-third level entry 1
-second level entry 2
-first level entry 2
Another thing that might be new(first time I have seen it): When I re-opened a book from home page using "Reading Now" link, reader app sometimes opened the book to the first page, while using the library link for the book opened it to the correct page. Now when that happens a dialog box pops up and asks something like "Do you want to synchronize to the furthest page read?". And it works!
